Due to the nature of our couture and custom-made items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We encourage customers to carefully review their purchase and consult with our team regarding sizing and style prior to completing the transaction. If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or a store credit. Sale items and custom orders are also final sale and non-returnable.
